- A printable order sheet: blank lines for a name, an address and a telephone number, a table of goods with quantities and prices, and a postal address to mail it to.
- What is not reproduced
- The postal address, the telephone and fax numbers, the trading name, the prices and the form itself. Those were one household’s live contact details. Republishing them for an operation that no longer exists would be careless at best.
- Forms on this site
- There are none. No input, no submit button, no server to receive anything, no database and no account. The paint calculator does its arithmetic in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
- Why this notice remains
- It exists for people arriving on old links, not as an active form. The archive index is the permanent home for this part of the former site.
